i really hate this whole being cold thing thats been going on here. im already sick of winter and wish it would hurry up and be spring and warm up because im sick of having to be outside freezing my butt of trying to work on things and my flipping washing machine froze up and its all just really dumb. i just want spring to come so i hopefully ( if all goes well )will be sitting on a nice beach in miami for spring break and getting drunk and hanging out with the ladies :) so.... snow melt, cold go away and bring on the heat and the bishess!
so i hate it when i poop. it smells reallly bad and its ucky. and most of all i really hate those thick sticky ones that get stuck to your butt hairs and you have to spend forever trying to wipe them off.... its hard work for me. but thats all i have to say about that, so until next poop... later cheiften

This i believe

This I believe
I believe in you get what you pay for. Many friends and family taught this to me at a very early age. About a year and a half ago I had to rebuild a motor in a car that I own. I had all the raw materials to start the build but I was not confident in my skills to build a motor quite like this one. As I searched around for a reputable builder I came upon one who seemed to know what he was doing and talking about. We talk about the build for a few months so we are exactly clear as to what needs to be done and what I would like to be for extra quality.
Well we finally come to a conclusion as to what I want done and how much that extra quality will cost me. A few days later I took the motor to his shop and together we inspected it. Everything went well for the inspection because the motor was in still good quality but not as good as it should be for what I needed it to do. At this point I believed everything is in good hands and everything will go as according to plan. Well this wouldn’t be much of a story if that were so to be true. A few months into the build I try to contact the engine builder but with no luck. Another month goes by and I start too become antsy about the whole situation.
I started to try and contact the builder. I call, text, and even email. I even drove to the builder’s shop where the work was to be done. At this point I was very suspicious about the builder’s history and I started to delve into his past dealings with other people in the same situation. Well shortly after I started to uncover a few bad transactions, cases involving people’s motors not being given back to them. I contacted him by email and I went ahead and expressed my concerns about the incidents and him not being in good contact with me. After a week or so he finally emails me back trying to reassure that everything will be fine and that everything is in order, that those mishaps have been resolved.
As I go on and wait for my motor a few more weeks go by once again. At this point my motor should have been long done and in my hands. Once again I tried to contact him to see if there were any updates on the motor and if there were any setbacks. Again I found my self in the same situation. Instead of sending emails this time I decided to drive up to his other place of work to contact him.

I get there about 10:45 am and I find his car at his other place of work. I head inside the shop with my friend to have a small conversation with the builder. Finally after an hour of asking around I find the builder and stop him and pull him off to the side to talk. Well as we talk about him not being in contact for months at a time. I express that I want to collect my motor since it was already months late and should be done. Well it is agreed that I need to collect my motor so we set up a date for the pickup in the following week. The week goes by and I set off to pick up the motor from the builder at his home.

Fnally I make it there and knock on the door with no answer. I call around and wait, I even go to his shop and other place of work to find him to figure out what is going on. I wait for six hours at his house for him to come home or give me a phone call. After six hours of waiting I finally get annoyed and leave a message on his front door explaining that I was there and I am overly frustrated about the problem and that he has 48 hours to contact me before I start the paper work to take him to court for my property and money into the motor. Even though I have had many court cases about this incident and won them. To this day I still have yet to receive my property back or money from this terrible transaction with the builder.

This is why I believe “you get what you pay for”. If I would have taken my time and money to a professional shop that had a slightly steeper price. I would not have had this mess that I am telling you about now. Please take my experience to heart and do not try and save a few dollars by going the cheap rout instead spend a little more to have better quality and a better experience.

snowboarding smack!!

well as most of use know snowboarding can be a blast for a winter sport. this last friday was my first chance in a year and a half to make it out to the slopes to ride. well mt lax may not be the best place in the world to ride but it does the job for wisconsin that is. from not being on a bored in 1.5 years it can be a little unforgiving because you have to almost relearn how to snowboard and get use to it in a very short time. well my last week experiance went somewhat like this. as i start off of the lift i wobble down to the path with one foot in the bindings to the start of the run. as i am going i relize that with my absents of riding i remember that i forgot to purchase a stomp for my bored. my back foot that is unstraped and out of the binding is out and slippng around. finally after a short little bit of chaios with that i make it to the start of the run. as i get strapped in and ready to go i start to get a little nervous because i am not sure what was gonna happen. as i start off things seem to be going good. my first thought about everything was how icey it was that day. luckily for me i had just gotten my bored retuned, waxed, and petexed. as i am going i find that the there are more than a few spots on the run that are just ice and that those parts are very hard to navigate through because the bored looses edge and slipes out easily. finally i make it down to the bottom of the run and back to the lifts. so i head back up for another go. with my confidence retaken i start my second run. as i am going i start to get faster and faster like i was use to with my previous years of snowboarding. as i am going at a rather fast pace at the moment i am trying to slow down for the ice spot well even though a snow bored has metal edges to cut into the snow it does not mean that they are unbeatable edges. well it just soo happends that my edge lets out and i fall. not a slow fall but a very fast and violent fall onto my face on the ice while i am sliding down the hill. just a short bit later i get up and inspect my face for any cuts or bleading luckily for me there was no breaks in the ice to cut me. well to my suprise theres no cuts even though it felt as if my face was bleading and slightly numb from the cold. while all of this is going on a few of my good friends watched this whole things happen while they where on the lift. as soon as we meet back up again i get laughed at for such a rookie mistake. even though i had gotten laughed at and somewhat humiluated from the accident. it just goes to show no matter how much experiance you have you always have to mind your
P's and Q's while doing dangrouse activitys lol. ps i still had a blast getting back on the bored.

Reliable builders?

so well the story starts off by having a spun bearing in my motor of my 1995 eagle talon tsi awd. well i had around 5grand saved up to rebuild my motor in the car. well i find a builder with a good reputation from at least this is what i thought at the time. well i finally comite to have this guy build my motor so i drop off all of the parts that are needed to build my motor. well the contract was written out to pay a set amount of money for the build and machining of the motor and that it would only be a few months for the build to be done. well a few months go by and well the motor is done and ready to be picked up. well i call to tell the guy that i was on my way and he answers and tells me he has been locked out of the shop by the building owner. well i talked to the engine builder about the situation and he said that he would have the engine out as soon as he had his possessions back out. well this carries on for about 6months before i start to get itching to have my car running and drivable. well during this time the guy stops getting in contact with me about the hole thing. so i have to run out of my way to find the guy in order to get my motor. so today i finally cornered the guy at his place of work and tell him that i want to pick my motor up this next week on Wednesday. so this is my just trying to vent my frustrations out because i am overly pissed about not having my motor for 6 months when i could have had my car drivable this last summer.

Hunting!!

Well where to start? Lets start by saying that the process of getting ready for hunting can be a strenuous task to do. Mostly because you have a lot of people out and buying the same things you need to get ready and things can run out and some people can get a little frustrated by that. one thing that i have noticed is when you get in line to check out there are a lot of people that seem to be in a rush for one reason or the other. a few other reasons hunting can be a pita is because you go in to the woods and wait, wait, and wait for almost nothing then at the last second after you leave the woods wakens up and everything starts to move, things can get very busy in a short time frame and it can be frustraiting when you hear everything around you but you cannot see anything. lets not forget that hunting can be a very enjoying past time. i find that when your in the woods or where ever you hunt that it can be very peacefull and serien, it really can help you let go of all the stress of your life for a time and it lets you be your self. another good fact that hunting can provide is the excersise and fresh air that your body needs to stay young and energetic. my main reasons for hunting is food, exercise, and family tradition. i love to be able to say that i put the food on the table with my own hands and that non of it was from some factory off in who know's where. this is just my small take on hunting and why i can dislike but love the sport and tradition of it.

The case of the writters block

have you ever had to write something and have it turned in by a certain date? well this recently just happend to me where as much as i wanted to get the assignment done and gone. it just alluded me as to how to start my papers. it just felt like i had nothing to say or desire to project to my audiance. this blog could be an attest to that writters block since i have not written in a while because i have really nothing much to say on a topic. hopefully now i will be getting out of this rut and getting my stuff done and handed in on time. till next time chow!

wow even though i only work three days out of the week does not mean i have off the rest. three consecutive days of 12 hour shifts can get old fast. yea i know what your thinking (oh you have but you have four days off) yea well guess what that's easier said than done if i am not working i am at school, if i am not at school i'm working on someones lame excuse for a car. i mean seriously it gets old fast because i don't think i have had one day to my self for my self in almost a month. as i am typing this i am getting ready for yet another 12 hour shift yea lame huh. about the only thing keeping me going on this pass is the fact that i have some great friends and family ohh and the money is really good haha. well i guess that is my short and yet insignificant rant for the day i guess ill just have to take is as it comes. peace out yo.

just one of them day's that?????

Do you ever have one of them days where you just don't wanna do something like hmmm go to work, class, court, or an outing of no significance to you? Sometimes i get that feeling all the time but today was a great exception to one of those days. So i woke up this morning kinda dreading to head to work and put down a twelve hour shift when i just wanted to stay home and out of the October cold spell that is happening. well my day started by breakfast, then a nice hot shower and the usual routine of my work week. so finally i am heading to the car trying to keep the bitter October cold from biting my face. at this moment i am thinking to my self "ohhh why does summer have to be gone, it hadn't even felt like it came, then it was gone". finally i am in my car driving to my co workers place to ride share with him to work. so i arrive and i get out of the car and start walking into the back ward when i notice through the window that he was on the phone. well me not thinking anything of knock on the door and walk in. here is is talking to one of my managers about getting a voluntary time off. well to both of our surprise he accepted to give it to him for the first time in over three months. so me being curious ask if i could talk to him after my co worker was done. well finally i was handed the phone and i proceeded to ask my manager if i could receive a vto day. well to my huge surprise he accepted to let me have a day as well. in my head i was like omg wow this is now a very good start to a day. that is why i am so extatic about today and my freedom for one extra day. all i can say is it is sweet.

so..... last night i think i learned a valuable lesson, even after watching one of my close friends do this many times and saw first hand how not fun it is to do this..... dont even get me started about him at my graduation party haha, he ended up drinking a lot and woke up next to my cousin and then had alcohol poisoning for the next like 3 days after the party, but we did get it all on tape and its all in good times lol and we love bringing it up to him and how hes still " married " haha......butttt... i learned not to drink so much and not to play so many drinking games in one night. one too many games of flippy cup and moose will deffenatley get you feeling loose, but get into it too much and you end up having a crappy night that wrecks the whole party. but i do admit it all was really fun and i did have a really good time with some friends. i even tricked most everyone at the party with a trick question...... " what does S.I.L.K. spell? ..... silk?..... now what do cows drink..... milk?.... no they drink water " lol..... its more funny when its in the moment and nobody is thinking straight. but it was all fun and things were going just fine.... all up until the car ride home :( im sure many of you know how this feels and how much you appreciate hard land, but the second i sat in that thing my whole night changed. i didnt get but a few feet and all of a sudden it all hit me and im like umm... we need to pull over NOW! buttttt..... i ended up throwing up in a parking lot and made the crappy ride back home and somehow got inside by myself and then went to bed. and now im up right now because my friend who i mentioned in the beginning of this woke me up before 8 am and now im suffering from the brew flu.... you know... one of them few hour sicknesses lol but i was telling him about last night and he made me breakfast and then i ended up throwing it all back up. but all in all it was a good night and let this be a lesson to all who reads this...... DONT DRINK SOO MUCH lol.... the after math really stinks :( but until next time im out and im gunna go try sleeping this off so learn off my own mistakes so you dont have to do this your self's haha

Random Cravings = Good Times+ Good Memories

Cravings they can make you very compulsive person. Tonight i had the craving for ice cream and a short bike ride. So what did i do? I got up and put my shoes back on from a semi long day. Went to the living room and announced to my roommate's that i had a craving for ice cream. We discussed the situation for a whole ten seconds before we realized what the out come of that short and unexpected conversation was to be. Walking down the stairs, fumbling around in the dark to find a switch to see out side. We finally navigate our self's to the metal bee infested shed where our bikes are being stored. Braving the bee's i go inside to find three bikes in decent order. We pull them out, (surprisingly not getting stung) Figure out who's bike is whose. Now we are on our way down the road peddling away. Then wham! There was a blinding brite lite in my eyes. To my surprise and sudden blindness my roommate Clayton had grabbed his camera. Soon after my short disorientation we had made it to our destination. then the unexpected came from my friend kyles mouth "wouldn't it be fun to go through the drive through on our bikes" To my normally unwillingness to do this i accept to go along with the plan. We pull up to the order speaker and nothing. Absolutely nothing happens, not to our surprise at all though. We continue to move to the first window where you would normally pay. we our greeted by a younger guy wondering why we where at the window on bikes so we tell him that we where out on the town with our whips and cruising to some beats, That we wanted to purchase two ice cream cones. the employee at this point just looks dumbfounded and informs use that they would not be able to accept bicyclist through the drive through and that we would have to come inside to order. We go inside and order our ice cream cones and head merely home with the cravings being met to all there glory. then about five minutes into the ride back home my roommate Clayton has dropped a bomb shell that he was taking video and pictures of our weird endeavor of the drive through. so here they are in all there splendor. Hope you enjoy. I know i did.

paintball

I play the amazing sport of paintball. what is paintball to me? paintball in my experiences is probably one of the most intense adrenaline rush's just short of skydiving. having paint fly past your mask at excessive speeds of 300 fps (feet per second) is just a moment of time that you have absolutely no care to the outside world. With the task ahead you try remember that you do not want to get hit by a ball and to be done and out of the game. With your wits and patience you devise a plan to pinch the other team into submission. with the aid of your fellow team members you send two down too the lower section of the field to work there way across the field in a leap frog zig zag pattern towards the opposing team to draw fire for you and your squad. in the mean time you and three other players start your short but so long fire fight across the top most border of the field. finally you have your squad set in position for the final assault on the now semi scattered remnants of the other team. now just like clock work you start your team from both ends to pinch into the center making a very large and violent crossfire for the opposing team. this is what i like to call the witching hour. with the other team starting to fall apart and being picked off one by one they start to lose large amounts of key positions making more cover for movement of my team and better firing positions. with only a few stragglers left you find it easy to push the rest of the other team out into the open where you make quick work of ending the game for them and there dreams of a victory. you leave the field with a huge smile and confidence in your self and team and one of the most awarding feelings of accomplishment you can have. That is paintball to me.
